Kathy began her real estate career in Southern CA, and trained as one of the first crop of Century 21 agents in the country. Soon after, she moved to New Orleans, joined a commercial investment company and became involved in the leasing of shopping centers and commercial properties in the Greater New Orleans area. Kathy relocated to South Florida in the mid 90’s, and in 2002 a desire to sell real estate was rekindled while working as a closing agent for a condominium developer in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. She believes she’s come full circle fulfilling a childhood dream to live on Pensacola Beach. She loves sharing her enthusiasm and expertise with buyers who she says have just discovered paradise.
